I know shortbow is the fastest, but what comes after that in terms of speed.

i'm assuming u mean "Refire Rate"...

after the Shortbow, Half Moon and Flatbow... ( all with a Refire Rate of 2.0 ) comes...

Composite, Deadbow, Eternalbow, Longbow, Recurve and Stormbow ( all with a Refire Rate of 2.4 )
